Interior Designer Hospitality Job

Profile

A prominent and growing architecture & engineering firm is searching for a dynamic Interior Designner
to join their team. This company excels in a vast array of sectors and holds oveer 15 office locations.
Project types will focus on Higher Education/K-12 Schools, Historic Restoration, Churches, Hospitality, Corporate, DoD (Dept of Defense), Recreation
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum 5 years' experience is required
Drafting using Revit (BIM) is required.
Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe PDF software is required. InDesign is a plus.
NCIDQ certification strongly preferred
Position Overview:
Capable of working directly with clients and prospective clients and adapting to changing project requirements.
Building finish specifications
Space planning and programming skills are essential.
Working experience with furniture dealers and product reps, good knowledge of interiors marketplace is essential.
Meet with sales reps and maintain our interior finishes library.
Working/collaborating with the Project Manager and Project Architect regarding the interior design.
Drawings including but not limited to finish schedules, interiors details, floor plans, ceiling plans, etc
