Job Description
Coordinate/facilitate host Service Solution Strategy Team meetings to obtain alignment and discuss overall strategy with stakeholders across the organizations
Develop Experience Roadmaps and workflows with the coordination of product teams and other teams within the organization to facilitate SeS Service Line of Business goals and direction
In partnership with Business Operations and Insights teams, coordinate and share quarterly updates with Product teams
Lead and develop content for senior leadership forums
Support competitor intelligence and benchmarking for Service Solutions partners
Support the communication of key objectives and strategies
Create collaboration forums to engage LOB and Product teams
Support the development of OKRs in partnership with Insights and Product teams
Develop Business Cases
Support the development customer and dealer focus groups in partnership with Insights, Product and Voice of Customer teams
Identify global innovation activities that impact the overall business direction
Additional Job Description
A Successful candidate will have the following qualifications and characteristics:
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with various organizational levels
Strong planning, project management, administrative, and organizational skills with attention to detail
Experience with presenting, coordinating, and organizing meetings or workshops
Proactive with ability to work independently and as part of a team -- making informed decisions in a complex and fast-paced environment
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines, proven ability to multi-task
Flexibility: ability to deal with changing priorities
Passion for organizational culture and collaborative mindset
Experience in graphic design
