We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Hybrid
Patient Engagement Analyst in Denver. As a Patient Engagement Analyst, you
will play a crucial role in optimizing patient experience, enhancing patient
engagement initiatives, and analyzing key performance indicators to drive
continuous improvement in our patient care services. This role will focus on
patient facing content and materials. You will work closely with
cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity, develop strategic
solutions, and measure the impact of patient engagement programs.
*This will be a Hybrid role - 2 days a week in the Denver, CO office
Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to pertinent onboarding metrics.
Support scripting and patient-facing materials development.
Design and conduct surveys on patient onboarding satisfaction.
Partner with field and patient facing teams to develop pertinent, relevant
and contractually required scripting.
Collaborate with cross functional teams on content, branding and logo
distribution needs and education materials.
Support physician collaboration as it relates to patient content and
engagement.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of patient engagement initiatives and
make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate
findings and recommendations to stakeholders as it pertains to
Utilize analytics to identify potential opportunities pertaining to content
gaps.
Assist in the development and implementation of standardized communication
guidelines for internal employees interacting with patients.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business analytics,
communications, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and data visualization
tools.
Experience working with healthcare data and familiarity with relevant
healthcare databases and systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to
present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, managing multiple
priorities and deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams.
Background in graphic design or marketing experience is a plus.
