We are seeking a learning designer with a gift for aesthetic communications to help us create computer-based training and other content that inspires and informs our new hires.
Responsibilities
This position can be full time work from home, and it's a standard 40 hour work week with flexible schedule. Duties include: 
Creating and managing digital learning assets utilizing the Humana brand
Applying your skillset to design other onboarding assets that might include events (live and virtual), videos, employee gifts, web content, scripts for support personnel, games, and more
Collaborating with team members, onboarding customers, and stakeholders to orchestrate and optimize an amazing onboarding experience

*Role Essentials *
Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree
A portfolio of work that demonstrates experience creating digital learning assets and high quality writing samples
Proficiency with learning and design technologies such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Photoshop and related design tools
Strong visual design skills
Experience with human-centered design methodologies
Growth mindset: always willing to learn and make mistakes in the name of progress
A passion for inclusion, care, and service
*Role Desirables *
Bachelor's or higher in Instructional Design, creative writing, or another design, education, or communication discipline  
Experience with service design methodologies
Experience with Agile methodologies    
HTML, CSS and other web-related skills  
Experience with Learning Management Systems
