About THE ROLE
To work closely with the “Director of VM, Region North” to manage the full visual proposition of TH & CK, across all channels (franchise, wholesale, full price, outlet) to establish creative synergy across all divisions and in line with the strategy for Region North. Reporting to both the Director for Ireland and the Director of VM, you will be responsible for all visual direction from windows and styling to in-store layouts, establishing and maintaining exceptional standards in all production and installation.

Responsibilities include:
Creative:
Creating compelling and impactful window displays and in store layouts, with great presentation standards and visually arresting styling.
Being aware of all visual direction provided by Amsterdam head office and use it effectively to support the Region North vision for windows and styling. Also be in line with the Region North strategy, aligning with your peers for consistency.
Maintaining the “TH & CK” corporate vision for window and styling standards, whilst adapting them to suit the local market (Ireland).
Being aware of current creative and retail trends and always be aware what the competition is doing.
Holding regular workshops with the team and wider business as appropriate on styling and windows.
Maintaining the flag ship doors in addition to setting the benchmark for concession styling/ VM, including wholesale external partners and franchise.
Identifying opportunities for pop-ups, additional windows and creative elevation across the country.
Working closely with the Wholesale Sales team, to ensure visual alignment across wholesale and retail.
Planning and organization:
Setting window installation schedule for 2-6 scheme launches and all collection drops for each year, along with dressing calendar for each channel.
Managing our graphic platform” Dash dock”, to ensure the correct allocation and delivery of all campaign assets and POS.
Managing local budget for windows and “In-store display”, alongside the Director of VM.
Partnering with “Senior VM Coordinator” on the above to ensure the smooth installation and delivery of all windows.
Working and delivering clear milestones and tight deadlines with no surprises.
Managing the mannequins, props and shoe distribution across all divisions.
Creating a training workshop and schedule for the team and store teams.
Identifying opportunities to improve delivery of windows and improve performance through cost saving, execution, timing and consistence.
Leadership:
Leading and developing a team, working with the local team, your peers and the rest of the VM team, in styling and window composition.
Reacting to problems in a solution orientated manner.
Recognising the needs of team members with differing specialties and skill sets.
Seeking out feedback from different stake holders in the business.
Attending key business meetings when required.
Taking an active role in team meetings, presenting when required.
Communication:
Ensuring a close relationship with the “Director of VM”, including meetings, regular updates and events.
Having a close and constructive relationship with the team, communicating at all levels and especially with your peers for Region north.
Establishing best practice, informing and including both Directors, Ireland and VM.
Working closely with external partners, from brands, suppliers and production agencies, ensuring a robust relationship.
Working closely and with key stake holders across all divisions within the business to ensure transparency of the VM schedule and short term strategy.
Having a close relationship with B&M, and the retail team to ensure what’s delivered is correct.
About YOU
College course or degree in fashion styling/VM/ art and design
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in styling and window dressing
Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a team of people
Have worked with other retailers in a similar field
A good communicator
Uses initiative and makes decisions
Driven and adaptable
Lives the values at all times
Leads by example, demonstrating leadership behaviors
