We are looking for an experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing Strategist to join their creative team. This role will lead all social media and digital marketing efforts for the company and the ideal candidate will be highly creative and driven, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines while paying close attention to details.
Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive social media plans and campaigns • Create and publish social media content daily, with the goal of growing our social media channels (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) • Participate in video production projects • Collaborate with internal team members to create original video/multimedia content • Monitor social platforms for relevant conversations; join and participate as appropriate. • Develop and maintain social media metrics reports • Create paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Youtube and Google • Lead the growth and engagement of our online community including Facebook groups, website forums and other areas • Coordinate and execute various social media/online events, including promotion of events via Facebook Lives and Email marketing. • Keep the team updated on the latest best practices, tools, and trends on social media platforms Requirements: • A degree in marketing or related field • At least 3 years of experience in social media marketing, including planning, content calendar management, and growing a following, preferably in agency environment • Experience using social media publishing tools • Ability to balance social media creative and analytics • Strong copywriting skills and ability to adhere to a brand voice • Highly organized and proactive self-starter with an attention to detail • Excellent visual skills (photography on social networks and basic photo editing). • Experience or background in graphic design a plus. • Experience with Email marketing and Wordpress websites a plus
