Aon is looking for a Sr. Analyst within Training Design & Delivery! This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Alapharetta, GA office. Aon is in the business of better decisions At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.  As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.  Job Description: The Material Design and Delivery Sr. Analysts report of the Training Leader and are primarily responsible for designing, developing and updating of training materials for in-house agents, and producing scripts to guide client interactions, to meet customer and compliance requirements. Accountabilities:Develop and update the required training content for in-house and vendor agentsDevelop and update scripts for all customer interaction, as per business / compliance requirements.Main Responsibilities:Design, development and sign off instructional content / materials and performance support tools for Agents to deliver work. Deliver Train the Trainer (TTT) sessions to Instructors and shadow Pilot sessions. Update material and upload to KMT as required. Develop and implement learning ideas to improve performance across in-house and vendor contact centers. Manage stakeholders from BU for accuracy, sign off and updates.Interdependencies & Coordination:Work with budgeting/tracking specialists to understand requirements, review reporting, and plan training material Design & Delivery is one of three roles within Training & Scripting.Skills and experience that will lead to success Experience:High School Diploma requiredCollege education or degree preferred3 years of overall experience, and 1 years of relevant experience requiredRequired Skills:Sound functional expertise (Instructional Design, Training, Content development) Strong Power Point / MS Office skillsPassion for learning and learning technologies  Desired Skills:Knowledge of Rapid Learning tools and Graphic Design toolsExperience as a Contact Center Rep (knowledge of processes, metrics, roles) Familiarity with scripting tools Presentation / facilitation skills Ability to write in English and SpanishOther Professional skills:Self-learner, resourceful, displays strong stakeholder management skills as well as (written / oral) communicationsCreative / StorytellerHow we support our colleagues  In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
