The H K Studio is looking for a UX/UI Designer who loves design and is adept at bringing ideas to life. The ideal candidate is someone who loves the craft, strategy and discipline of UX/UI/graphic design and is eager to continue to develop and grow their creative talents. The role suits the open-minded; you may be creating content for social one day or designing a website or digital ad the next. You will report to a Design Director working alongside other creatives, AV team, copywriters, and strategists to produce engaging content. Within this role, you’ll be exposed to a variety of opportunities and will be required to use your creative skills to deliver excellent design for a broad range of clients. Working as part of an integrated team, you’ll be an excellent communicator, good at juggling multiple projects, and have enthusiasm for raising the bar with your work.

Responsibilities

- Collaborating with creative and client team leaders to develop smart audience profiles, user journeys and information architecture recommendations

- Building wireframes and prototypes that help stakeholders visualize an overarching UX strategy

- Working closely with Design Directors, Art Directors, and Strategists to produce attention-grabbing designs for web, email, and social

- Partnering with our web developers to guide execution and perform QA testing

- Creating work that’s engaging, liked, and shared

- Pulling design and cultural references to define ideas and support concepts Promoting a creative culture across the agency

- Skills Problem-solving, UX design thinking

- Well-versed in UX/UI/IA best practices Responsive, mobile-first design - Packed with initiative, accountable and dependable Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma/InVision, Microsoft PowerPoint and Mac Working knowledge of SEO best practices and Google analytics and how they inform UX design and overall strategy

- Accessible design and ADA compliance implementation Bonus points for CRM integration experience, Google Analytics strategy, HTML/CSS/Javascript coding, After Effects and animation Background UX Design / creative qualification

- Experience of working on global brands 5 years’ experience in a fast-paced, integrated agency environment or equivalent experience
