Job Summary
If you're the kind of person who loves to think strategically about how the end user experience can drive real business value and outcomes, then read on! The Organizational Acceleration team within Comcast's HR Technology and Service Solutions department focuses on four areas of organizational strategy: (1) Project Management (2) Talent Strategy (3) Adoption/Change Management (4) Design/Decide. This role falls into the fourth area, Design/Decide, where we believe that to increase your likelihood of a successful end-product, you must first deeply understand the end user needs and make the tough decisions early with the right decision-makers.
Job Description
In the Design/Decide space, we have two primary services:
The Creative Design & Experience Strategy Manager role will lead both of these services through bringing a creative 'edge' and an ability to efficiently create sleek material that both helps us communicate complicated topics, and builds our Design/Decide service brand. This role will also lead the delivery of the various activities within the UCD and CRD space (like our experience-based UAT activities), often in both a facilitation and lead coordination role. This role will also have direct exposure to the other areas of Org Acceleration, should those areas be of interest.

Ability to simplify and visualize complex subject matters, and comfort with 'storytelling'
A passion for being creative and for how creativity can enhance the end user experience
Agility and adaptability- comfort in pivoting quickly when new information is learned and in ambiguous situations
Easy to work with and eager to learn new skills in the design and decide space
Background in Design Thinking, User Experience Design, or Complex Decision-Making
Experience with data visualization tools
Experience and comfort in facilitation
