The Senior Professional, Creative Development plays a pivotal role in the design and creation of department communications including written, web, and self-service platforms.

Responsibilities

The Senior Professional, Creative Development you will enhance the provider experience by architecting meaningful experiences and build clear, concise communications that will positively impact the healthcare professionals we serve. This position plays a pivotal role in the design and creation of various department and external Availity communications including provider training, written, web, and self-service platforms. The ability to think critically and act as a consultant who presents ideas and asks the right questions as well as the ability to prioritize and readily shift focus between multiple projects with concurrent deadlines will be key to success in this role. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, User Experience, Learning or related degree

3 years of experience in a communications or user experience role, or related field

Exceptional oral and written communication skills; strong editing skills

Experience in communications planning and creating a wide variety of communications, such as communication plans, web copy, PowerPoint presentations, scripts and learning materials

Must be passionate about identifying and advocating for the needs of communication/platform end users

Must be able to provide work samples as they will be requested prior to interview

Must have Primo experience

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree

Member/consumer focus

Knowledge of provider office practices

Expertise in online learning; Captivate and/or Storyline skills

Experience in graphic design, visual communication or working with graphic designers

SharePoint expertise

Knowledge of artificial intelligence and voice technology

Familiar with enterprise level digital platforms
