Customer Service Agent m/f/d Netherlands/Belgium

That’s what you’d have to do:

As we are expanding our team in Amsterdam, we are looking for a customer service agent m/f/d for our online printing services for the Dutch and Flemish-Belgian market.

As a Customer Service Agent m/f/d, you are the first point of contact for our customers, over the phone, by email or through an online chat feature. It is your job to help customers with the best possible advice on the wide range of options FLYERALARM offers, as well as to assist customers in designing their product. You will also team up with your marketing colleagues to find and post interesting content to ensure we maintain an active social media presence. You are friendly, have a service-driven attitude and you never lose your cool.

Your primary responsibilities are to:

quickly respond to customer queries over the phone, by email, through online chat or on social media

assist customers in placing an order and, if necessary, making a design

consult with the production department in Germany and keep the customer up to date

respond to online customer reviews

ensure the best possible customer experience

Your profile:

a level-4 senior secondary vocational education degree, a degree in graphic design or a higher professional education degree, preferably in marketing/communication, hospitality or design

experience in printing or graphic design is a major plus

experience with customer contact

excellent proficiency in spoken and written Dutch

good command of spoken and written English and/or German

preferably living in the Amsterdam area or willing to relocate

you consider yourself friendly, enthusiastic, stress-proof, a good communicator, result-driven and someone who has commercial acumen
