Job Description:
As Digital Designer, you’ll bring your specialist skills to produce visual design and communication that is engaging and impactful. Collaborating closely with other designers to bring a balanced approach to project work and product build.
Working hands-on with technical and development teams, you’ll demonstrate your strategic edge, as you passionately craft and strive to make beautiful, engaging, and accessible digital products. That means keeping up-to-date on the latest thinking in the world of design, whilst you showcase your passion for embracing the latest practices and tools in interaction design.
Highly independent, with the flexibility to adapt to an ever-evolving environment, we picture you constantly striving to learn and adapt to new ways of working and thinking. Whilst your excellent people skills will enable you to communicate effectively through storytelling and visuals, in a language that easily illustrates the value that design can bring to the enterprise.
More specific duties include:
Helping to write relevant user stories, acceptance criteria, content and requirements.
Producing deliverables such as digital design guidelines, wireframes, flows, screens and prototypes.
Helping UX designers to develop and run prototype testing sessions.
Supporting the facilitation of workshops to prioritise and define opportunities.

Requirements:
Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
Bachelor’s Degree relevant to IT
Minimum five (5) years’ relevant experience
An appreciation and understanding of service and experience design practices.
Experience working with product, with product management and agile knowledge, from user stories and backlog management to acceptance criteria.
An understanding of digital development and technology for effective communication.
