King University is accepting applications for part-time/adjunct faculty to teach a business course that is specific to our field in the Digital Media Art & Design program. This course focuses on several basic business principles including entrepreneurship, financial management, communication, and marketing concepts. Candidates should demonstrate prior and/or ongoing industry experience and have strong communication skills. The Digital Media Art & Design (DMAD) program at King University prepares students to enter the quickly expanding field of digital media. The degree focuses specifically on how visual media such as digital photography, videography, and graphic design are used to promote ideas in the contemporary world of visual language and media communication. Understanding both the technical and conceptual processes to produce captivating and affective imagery allows students to enter the job market through a variety of positions according to the strengths of the individual. The faculty is dedicated to teaching students to create compelling imagery through critical thinking, individuality, and objective analysis.

Minimum Qualifications:

A terminal degree in a related field or a master’s degree with at least 18 hours in the designated discipline is required. In addition, work experience in the field of the subject is preferred. Additionally, applicants will be expected to demonstrate a mature Christian faith and support the Mission and Vision of King University.
