GENERAL SUMMARY

Support Product Development manager and  PD team to facilitate development/ production and manage the flow of communication between PD, design, sales, and overseas factories.

REPORTS TO: Product Development Manager

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Communicate daily with product development and production teams overseas

*Keep all leather pricing charts up to date

*Organize PD images and order specs in the share drive

*Willingness to learn and manage Hot on Time system

*Create and maintain pricing specs

*Keep highly organized notes documenting all post market comments

*Spec out any post market color adds and facilitate the ordering of samples

*Manage and track post market sample requests

*Create and manage order specs

*Log all PP sample comments into the system

*Keep track of approval/confirmation deadlines

*Responsible for sample and PP material organization. This includes receiving and sending post market sample packages as well as filing material submits and approvals.

*Keep track of marketing samples and maintain all related documents

REQUIRED SKILLS:

*Enthusiastic, team player, willingness to learn and take direction *Flexible, organized and detail oriented *Strong follow up capability and must be an effective communicator *Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop *Proficient in Microsoft Excel

EXPERIENCE:

• 1-3 years of experience in product development, design, or production

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion or related field (or equivalent life experience)
