JOB DESCRIPTION

Cintas is seeking a Digital Asset Manager / Production Designer to be responsible for the organization, access, maintenance and consistency of Cintas' digital assets including but not limited to logos, product images for eCommerce, marketing images, marketing materials, brand assets and videos. In addition, this role will assist with retouching of digital assets and assist with design and updates of marketing materials as needed.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to Development and implementation of the overall asset management strategy and maintenance plan with input from key stakeholders on current and future needs of the platform.

*Manage digital asset management system - including uploading assets, applying asset metadata, approving assets being added to DAM and auditing images on a regular basis to keep asset library current. *Train new users and provide user support for DAM. *Troubleshoot DAM issues with asset management vendor and communicate with appropriate stakeholders to ensure there are no issues with customer program images. *Work closely with Marketing Managers, key divisional partners and agencies to ensure all marketing assets are submitted for inclusion on the DAM. *Manage library of templated marketing materials to keep them current. *Review and approve field customizations of templated marketing materials within the digital asset management system to make sure they adhere to brand guidelines. *Develop tools and resources to allow partners to align their materials into the corporate brand standards through presentations, communication tools, newsletters, etc. *Creation, resizing and retouching of photos for eCommerce and other marketing materials. *Creation and updates of marketing materials including emails and web banners to help drive sales.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

*Associate Degree in Graphic Design or higher *3+ years of job experience *Working knowledge of Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office on Mac platform *Prior experience using a digital asset management system *Ability to travel
